Orlando, FL April 24, 2017 – Rx30 and Computer-Rx, the leader in pharmacy management systems, today announced the launch of its new Enhanced Medication Services (EMS) center, a 26,000-square foot clinical services center, located in Orlando, FL.
The new EMS center, staffed by highly trained technicians and clinical pharmacists, provides high-quality, clinical intervention outreach services to patients and providers in collaboration with pharmacies and health plans. EMS works with patients to ensure they take their medications and resolve medication-related problems. EMS engages providers to facilitate needed prescription updates and changes. EMS interventions provide “quality lift” for the pharmacies and health plans to achieve high ratings on performance measures and improve health outcomes. EMS services include comprehensive medication therapy management, refill sync coordination, medication adherence outreach, pharmacogenomics consulting and other targeted interventions to patients, providers, and pharmacies.
