Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy System Project Manager to plan, guide and assist in the programming development of the Rx30 Pharmacy Management System. The successful candidate will work directly with our programming team, utilizing their pharmacy expertise and background to guide projects to ultimate performance and functionality. The Project Manager will be responsible for directing the development of our pharmacy system to assure “real environment” usage, directing all aspects of projects including requirements gathering, design, programming, initial testing, QA test plans, deployment and ongoing enhancements and maintenance. The Project Manager will focus on improving the users interface, providing revenue generation for pharmacies and our company, industry innovation and improved support. The candidate must have recent experience in Software Project Management and meet all the required skills outlined below. This is a full time, long term position

Responsibilities:

  • Develop complete project plans covering all aspects and phases of projects.
  • Responsible for success of projects from conception through training, deployment and support.
  • Prioritization of projects assigned to the development team.
  • Drive design of application user interfaces so that they are easy to use, understand and meet the needs of pharmacies.
  • Ensure all projects are completed and deployed on-time, without bugs, assuring “real environment” usage.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Communication of project information to customers, management, documentation, QA and support.
  • Measure project and team performance using appropriate tools.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ Years Software Project Management. Experience must be recent.

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy System Account Manager to be a liaison between our pharmacist clientele and sales professionals. The successful candidate will work directly with our sales team to facilitate a close working relationship with our customers in order to fulfill their software and hardware needs, thereby developing and maintaining excellent customer relations. The Account Manager will introduce our new and updated technology to our existing customers, as well as support the sales team in their efforts to upsell our products. The Account Manager will represent our organization in fostering communication with our customers by consulting with them on their current products, and introducing newly produced resources. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of public relations/consulting experience, and an understanding of software and hardware products, and meet all the required skills outlined below. This is a full time, long term customer relations position.

We are looking for an experienced Report Developer to provide reports to our customers and data feeds to our business partners and vendors. The Data Report Developer will be responsible for gathering customer or partner requirements, designing, creating, testing, monitoring and maintaining reports and data feeds. Requires good communication skills especially while working with customers and business partners. Reports and data feeds will be access our multi-terabyte data warehouse and new analytical cubes. Oracle and/or Postgres Database Administration and optimization a big plus. The role can lead to other responsibilities and duties depending on motivation and career path desires. The candidate must have recent experience in writing complex database queries and meet all the required skill outlined below. This is an onsite, full time, long term position.

We are looking for a strong C Programmer to enhance our Pharmacy Management System. The developer will work on short and long-term assignments in small teams or as an individual. The team will be responsible for all aspects of projects including requirement gathering, design, programming, initial testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements and maintenance. Projects will range from bug fixes, to quick enhancements to complete new modules or products. The projects will be both challenging and very rewarding. The candidate must have recent experience in C programming and meet all the required skills listed below.

Full time position involving the required experience:
