In Application Customer Support
Within Rx30, clients have access to product release notes, a reference guide as well as in-application messaging through Lifeline. Rx30 sends periodic information through the Lifeline messaging system. Customers can send questions from Lifeline within the Rx30 pharmacy system directly to our support team as well.
