Rx30 has put tremendous resources into providing the most knowledgeable, experienced support staff available for our valued pharmacies.  The average tenure of our support personnel is well over 5 years and…   there’s simply no substitute for experience.   

Each support technician has been thoroughly trained and tested in specific areas of concentration so that when you call… your questions will be answered!

Important!  You will get directly through to a receptionist when you call.  They will discuss the nature of your question/problem, assigning it to a specialized technician using our state-of-the-art call management system.  The assigned technician will be experienced in your area of concern, and will be prompt in his/her response.

Rx30 pharmacies may also opt to use LIFELINE MESSAGING to send questions directly from their pharmacy system to our corporate offices.  This unique messaging system allows interactive question and answer sessions with our users.

Mon – Fri.      8:30 a.m.  to   8:00 p.m.  Eastern Standard time (EST)

Rx30 is also pleased to offer Extended Support Hours:

Mon – Fri.      8:00 p.m.  to   10:00 p.m.  EST

Saturday        9:00 a.m.  to   5:00 p.m.   EST

Sunday           9:00 a.m.  to   1:00 p.m.  EST
